Access Statement
Introduction
The Nebula aims to cater for the needs of all our guests. We offer comfort in pleasant and relaxing surroundings.
Pre-Arrival
We are located up a hill in a residential area
Liskeard Town Centre and bus stop ( The Parade) is half a mile away.
The railway station is approx. one mile away.
Given prior notice we can arrange to collect you from the station or bus drop off point
There are several local taxi companies: we can make the bookings for you.

Arrival and car parking facilities
Please advise us of your anticipated time of arrival so we can be sure we are here to welcome you
Parking (signposted) is situated behind the guesthouse accessed by a driveway at the side of the building.
The entrance to the guesthouse is located at the front of the building and the walk from the car park is approx. 60 metres and on a slight slope.
Please let us know if you would like us to assist you with your bags.
Feel free to park outside the main entrance of the guesthouse while you drop off your bags, before moving your vehicle to the car park, as this could be easier if you have any mobility issues
Main entrance
On arrival to The Nebula, there are two steps (6 inches) up to the main front door.
The main entrance and public areas are carpeted.
Breakfast room
The breakfast room is on the ground floor and has wood flooring
We cater for vegetarians/Vegan with prior arrangement plus other dietary requirements.
Breakfast is served between 8:00 – 09:00
Bedrooms
We have 6 bedrooms: 1 on the ground floor, with wet room and rails for mobility assistance 5 further bedrooms are situated on the first floor.
All bedrooms are en-suite with baths or showers and have anti-slip flooring
There is no lift to access the bedrooms
Complimentary Tea/Coffee/Hot chocolate in all rooms
No feather bedding is used.
Additional information
The Nebula is a non-smoking establishment. Complimentary fibre optic Wi Fi internet access
Is available throughout the house. Freeview televisions in all our bedrooms. Fire alarm system conforms with British Standard 5266. All public areas and bedrooms have automatic alarms with sounders which are interlinked throughout the building.
